HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA

Database Storage:

All personal and operational data for Kloud Pixel CORE is securely stored in Supabase, a cloud-based PostgreSQL database. Each application within the CORE lineup maintains its own secure database instance to ensure data segregation and privacy. Supabase implements industry-standard security protocols, including encryption at rest and in transit.

Payment Processing:

We do not store full credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is securely handled through Stripe and Stripe APIs, which are PCI-DSS compliant. Stripe manages all sensitive payment card data according to their security standards. We only store tokenized payment information needed to process your subscription.

PASSWORD SECURITY

Your password is securely hashed and encrypted using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms. We never store your password in plain text. When you create or update your password, it is immediately hashed before storage, making it impossible for anyone (including our staff) to recover your original password. If you forget your password, we provide a secure reset process via email.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing. These partners are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
