REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains the procedures and conditions under which Kloud Pixel Studios LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) handles refund and cancellation requests for Kloud Pixel CORE subscriptions and services.
WHAT IS KLOUD PIXEL CORE?
Kloud Pixel CORE is a tiered subscription service that bundles digital tools, resources, and software designed to help small and medium-sized businesses streamline their operations. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and provide recurring access to our services during the billing period.
OUR REFUND PHILOSOPHY
Our primary goal is to build long-term relationships with happy, satisfied customers. We understand that subscription services thrive when customers find value in continued access. Because of this, our refund approach prioritizes customer happiness while recognizing the nature of digital, recurring services.
CANCELLATION & SERVICE ACCESS
Cancellation Process:
When you request to cancel your Kloud Pixel CORE subscription, we immediately process your cancellation request. However, you retain full access to all CORE features and services through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any renewal after the current period expires.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
General Policy (Most Cases):
Refunds for Kloud Pixel CORE subscription fees are not automatically issued. Instead, we prioritize canceling your service while preserving your access through the end of your paid period. This approach ensures you receive the full value of what you’ve already paid.
Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Issued):
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a critical bug, service outage, or technical problem that prevents you from using CORE features, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a partial or full refund depending on the severity and duration of the impact.
- Unused Service: If you subscribe but never access or use CORE services (or use them minimally), we may issue a full refund upon request, provided the request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription date.
- Service Unavailability: If CORE becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond your control (extended downtime, major feature removal, fundamental service change), we may offer a prorated refund or credit depending on the situation.
- Discretionary Refunds: We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion when we determine that doing so is in the best interest of maintaining a positive customer relationship.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

- Your subscription plan or tier
- The specific reason for your refund request
- Any relevant details (e.g., error messages, screenshots, timing of issues)
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
All refunds requests will be reviewed and you will reveive a response within 5-10 business days. If a refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit Card / PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Bank Transfer: up to 15 business days for funds to be credited.
WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-Party Service Fees: Costs associated with integrations, add-ons, or external services bundled with CORE
- Setup or Onboarding Fees: One-time fees for initial account setup or configuration are non-refundable
- Custom or Specialist Services: Any custom work or specialist consulting provided under a seperate agreement
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or business needs. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of CORE constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
